Senior Sous ChefThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sous to work closely with an experienced Head Chef and General Manager at this popular and successful restaurant in the heart of Central London.As Senior Sous Chef, youll be instrumental in the overall running of the kitchen, overseeing services for up to 200 covers +, as well as taking full responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.Youll work with quality ingredients, cooking a seasonal British menu. Everything is made fresh in house to a high standard.Average of 48 hours per week - Mixture of shifts including weekends.Genuine opportunities for future professional development.Comprehensive benefits packageThe PersonPrevious experience as a Senior Sous/Sous Chef within busy quality restaurants is needed, with sound knowledge of fresh British/European cuisine.An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a close-knit team of 20+ Chefs.Your organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be vital in maintaining excellence.Good financial awareness with experience of ordering and rota writing. Proficient training in Food Safety, Health and Safety and HACCP.
