My client are seeking a talented, driven and experienced Senior Sous Chef to strengthen their kitchen brigade. This is a key leadership role within the culinary team, supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food across restaurant, weddings, events and seasonal offerings. Responsibilities Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. Lead and motivate the kitchen, promoting consistency, quality and teamwork. Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standard. Maintain strong control over food quality, hygiene and health and safety procedures.
