Salary: £27,000 (Chef de Partie) | From £32,000 (Senior Sous Chef)

We are recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie and an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join the brigade at a well-established country house hotel and events venue near Preston.

Chef de Partie – £27,000

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing your own section, preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard, and supporting the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
• Passion for quality ingredients and fresh food
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure

Senior Sous Chef – From £32,000

The Senior Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen. This role would suit a strong Sous Chef looking to step up or an experienced Senior Sous Chef seeking a fresh challenge.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef position
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in hotel, banqueting, or high-volume kitchens
• Ability to support, train, and motivate junior team members
• Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen operations
