Support the PandP strategy and development plan.Track market innovation and leading capabilities.Present sourcing and supplier options clearly.Stakeholder ManagementManage stakeholder relationships and support needs. Promote the value of partnering with PandP.Influence stakeholders and budget holders to follow policy.Present sourcing recommendations to aid decisions.Team ManagementSupport procurement development and deputise when needed. Embed company values across the team.Help shape operating plans.SourcingOwn category spend and deliver savings. Source goods and services to policy and best practice.Manage sourcing risk through effective contracts.Third Party Risk ManagementSupport the third-party risk framework across the lifecycle.
