      <description>Location: Leicester | Salary: &amp;pound;48000 - &amp;pound;60000/annum | Type: Permanent | Title:  Senior Sonographer   Location:  Leicester   Hours  37.5   Pay  -48,000 - -60,000     Prime responsibility:   To provide NOUS diagnostics to patients on behalf of the company whilst adhering to the highest quality standards of ultrasound Practice patient care, in accordance with company standards, procedures and protocols.     Accountable to:  Head of Operations     Key tasks/responsibilities:     To provide general abdominal,gynae, pelvic, small parts and vascular/MSK/Early Pregnancy (if appropriately trained) ultrasound scanning services in conjunction with other Sonographers and health care professionals.   To independently perform ultrasound scanning duties to the required standards of Diagnostic World and client partners and to produce a clinical report for each ultrasound scan undertaken.   To undertake any administrative duties necessary for speedy progression of patients and patient results e.g. Patient Escalations.
