Rimes EDM (Enterprise Data Management) business is growing rapidly. The role supports scaling our Enterprise Management Data services platform used by a growing global base of Asset Owners and Asset Managers. Our EDM implementation model takes full responsibility for going live and setting up data management functionality to support the DATA Management Office (DMO) in run-mode, developing true partnerships with customers at senior levels and delivering a professionally managed service experience post go-live.What You Will Do
Client Engagement and Solution Design: Understand customer objectives and goals to deliver solutions using Rimes capabilities; engage the customer to design and deploy strategic business workflows across the investment cycle; lead and document investment and operational workflow design sessions for various asset classes; own the solution design and estimated effort to be documented in the contractual process; participate in assessing requirements, solutions, effort, and workload as part of presales.Implementation and Delivery: Work closely with the customer and internal teams to ensure full capabilities are considered during design and implementation; lead, coordinate, and assist in customer-specific configuration, testing, and user training; take ownership of the solution and results, working with Project Management to ensure timely delivery; aid in developing improved practices to make the implementation model more efficient.Technical and Process Alignment: Understand customers'' business processes and align them with appropriate Rimes solutions; provide internal teams with technical documentation to ensure successful implementation; work on problems of diverse scope requiring evaluation of identifiable factors.Leadership and Escalation: Grow to act as a senior point of contact within Professional Services and a point of escalation for complex projects; understand when to escalate a risk/issue and proactively do so; mentor less experienced members of the client delivery teams.Product and Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to the Product team on enhancements of the standard product.Who You Are
