The RoleAs a Senior Associate within the Real Estate team, you''ll handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and landlord and tenant work. You''ll advise clients from a variety of sectors on major UK and international transactions, often collaborating with colleagues across planning, construction, and finance disciplines.You''ll also play a key role in supervising junior team members and contributing to the team''s continued success through business development and client relationship management. Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise on and negotiate a wide range of commercial property agreements, including leases, agreements for lease, and sale contracts.Manage landlord and tenant matters such as licences to assign, underlet, and alter, as well as deeds of variation and rent deposit deeds.Support large-scale transactions, including conditional sales, portfolio disposals, and complex financing structures.Supervise and mentor junior ..... full job details .....
