We are hiring Senior Software Java Engineer - Modernization/Transformation Location: Hybrid 2 days in Telford office Lead Engineer with accountability for Low-Level Design (LLD), solutioning, and leading technical delivery through the build phase. Senior/Lead level, suited for engineers who excel at solving complex technical challenges, leading engineering teams, and establishing technical ways of working. Should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Kubernetes, and Platform Integration. Should be able to translate high-level architectural designs into service LLDs for backlog creation, collaborating with Architects, QA Leads, and Engagement Managers, adopting shared components, and assuring team delivery quality.
