They''re looking for a Software Engineer to take ownership of features across the product, working within a small, highly technical team. The stack is primarily TypeScript, with Rust used for performance-critical components. What you''ll be doing Own features end-to-end, spanning Rust services, backend systems, and frontend interfaces. Use AI development tools such as Claude Code and Cursor to deliver high-quality software quickly. Improve the AI agent''s tools, execution framework, and use of context. Optimise performance across services, database queries, caching, and memory usage. Improve backend infrastructure and CI, investigating and resolving low-level bugs.
