Senior Software Engineer - TypeScript, JavaScript andamp; iOSUp to £95 per hour (Inside IR35) | 40-hour working weekManchester - 2 days per week in the office, remote working otherwiseInitial 6-month contract A global technology company is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong TypeScript and JavaScript experience, alongside solid iOS development skills, to join their dynamic team. This is a full-stack engineering role, with the majority of the work focused on building and delivering features across the wider application and service stack using TypeScript and JavaScript. Around 40% of the role will focus on iOS development, so strong hands-on experience with the iOS SDK and Swift and/or Objective-C is also required. You will play a key role in building app-wide features, improving infrastructure, solving complex technical challenges and driving technical excellence across the team. Key Responsibilities Design, build and deliver app-wide features, systems and services across TypeScript, JavaScript and iOS. Develop and maintain high-quality software across the wider application stack, with a primary focus on TypeScript and JavaScript. Contribute to iOS development, building and enhancing mobile features using Swift and/or Objective-C. Work across different layers of the technology stack to deliver end-to-end features and solutions. Identify, troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, application and technical issues.
