Lead the design and development of cloud-based services, with particular emphasis on serverless architecture and Node.js. Set technical direction for the team, including architecture decisions, engineering standards and appropriate technology choices. Guide team ways of working to improve pace, quality, resilience and maintainability. Coach and mentor developers, promoting strong engineering practice, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Contribute to the wider developer community and help raise technical capability across teams.
