Purpose of the PositionAs Senior Software Engineer, you will take ownership of designing, building and operating scalable, high-quality systems within our award-winning marketing platform. You will play a key role in shaping technical direction, influencing engineering practices, and driving improvements across the team and wider organisation.You are a highly experienced and pragmatic technologist with a strong product mindset, able to balance technical excellence with business impact.
