We are growing our engineering team and are looking to welcome a Senior Software Engineer into the Enterprise + App team. You will join a cross-functional team with full ownership of our products and codebase, taking part in every step of the development process, from ideation to maintenance. You can grow as an individual while influencing the direction of projects and technological choices.As a Senior Software Engineer, you will leverage your extensive knowledge to spearhead the development of our products. You will guide architectural decisions, ensure code quality, and mentor fellow engineers, promoting a culture of technical excellence and innovation.What You’ll Be Doing
Understand the existing technical landscape and plan, implement, and release new features that complement itParticipate in decision-making and design discussions during developmentTroubleshoot existing software and fix bugsInspire and challenge the organization with your problem-solving knowledgeMentor and coach less experienced colleaguesHelp lead the technical direction of the team through the adoption of best practices and toolingWho You Are
Senior-level experience, building full-stack applications with diverse teamsDeveloping REST APIs and distributed cloud servicesExtensive proficiency in React and Node.jsProficient AWS experience is a mustCustomer-centric and solution-oriented mindset with a bias to actionPersonable and helpful, willing to give and receive feedback constructivelyMotivated to push yourself and others to constantly improve in a healthy waySome Relevant Technologies and Services We Use
