The core requirements: • A senior software engineer s design and coding ability and track record, judgement, mentoring and review skills. • Strong commercial-grade C# software development with awareness of modern .NET, how to get the most from the language, and establish good patterns and factoring. • Microservice development experience with good service factoring to reduce bloat, increase independence and separate concerns and RESTful API design and development. • Strong communication skills to liaise with colleagues in other product teams. • A good technical degree from a top university, backed by strong A-level grades.
