Join us as a Senior Software Engineer This is an opportunity for a technically minded individual to join us as a Senior Software Engineer You''ll be building and maintaining the services we provide to engineering squads With no product owner or tech lead aligned to this squad, you''ll have increased responsibility and autonomy. What you''ll doY ou''ll engage directly with stakeholders, prioritise based on impact, and deal with ambiguity. We use kanban so we can flexibly adapt. If a product squad is blocked, we want to be able to drop what we''re doing and help them immediately.You''ll also be: You''ll be working on things like CI/CD pipelines, Golden Paths and AI productivity tooling. Right now, our biggest focus is enabling and supporting AI adoption across the business.
