Design, develop, and optimize native and containerized software solutionWrite, test, and maintain efficient code following best practices and coding standardsFrontend, backend or full stackCollaborate with QA, Support, and Development teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of systemsDebug and troubleshoot softwareParticipate in system architecture design and contribute to defining software specifications and requirementsDevelop and maintain software documentation including design specifications, code comments, and user guidesMentor and guide other developers within the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environmentStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions to the teamIndividual delivery and team collaborationRequired Qualifications

Experience with media processing, networking, broadcast domain or Rust5+ years of relevant experience (C, C++, Rust etc.)Must hold a valid UK work visaExcellent spoken and written EnglishAbility to travelExcellent attention to detail, to enable you to log processes and capture data accuratelyEnjoy problem solving with a curious and inquisitive mind, to investigate a technical issue and get to the heart of the problemAbility to remain calm under pressure when dealing with complex time critical issuesResilience to keep experimentingA self motivated person, able to manage changing priorities and work with a global customer basePreferred qualifications

1+ years of experience with Rust developmentExperience with Cloud / SaaS is an advantageFunctional reactive programmingBackground in distributed systemsExperience with video, audio, or networkingBuilt RDMA enabled applications (with for example libfabric)Experience working with Kubernetes and building apps for containerized environmentsIf you have experience in video, audio, compression or networking, we''re especially eager to hear from you.
