Senior Social Worker - Support and Intervention TeamLocation: Warwickshire (Multiple Locations - Stratford, Myton Park and Atherstone)Rate per hour: £38 per hourWorking Arrangements: Full Time Contract, Hybrid WorkingPertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join Warwickshire''s Support and Intervention Team.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated practitioner to work within a supportive service, managing complex cases and helping to achieve positive outcomes for children, young people and their families.Key Responsibilities:Manage a complex caseload of children and families requiring statutory intervention.Undertake Child in Need, Child Protection and Public Law work.Complete high-quality assessments, care planning and risk management.Provide support, guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members where required.Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to safeguard children and promote positive outcomes.Prepare reports and attend meetings, conferences and court proceedings as necessary.Ensure all work is completed in line with legislation, policy and statutory guidance.Requirements:Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.Significant experience within Children''s Services, ideally within a Support and Intervention or Safeguarding Team.Strong assessment, analytical and report-writing skills.Experience managing complex child protection cases.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced ..... full job details .....
