The Role Hold a caseload of more complex work and act as a source of practice expertise for the team. Support, mentor and co-work with newly qualified and less experienced colleagues. Manage a caseload of children subject to Child in Need and Child Protection plans. Undertake Section 47 enquiries, assessments and direct work with children and families. Prepare reports and present at child protection conferences and core group meetings. Work closely with partner agencies to reduce risk and improve outcomes for children. Keep children's voices at the centre of all assessment and planning. About You A recognised Social Work qualification and current Social Work England registration.
