Offering a competitive pay rate of 38.00 per hour, this role is ideal for resilient statutory practitioners who excel in court proceedings, complex safeguarding, and multi-agency family intervention.Key Responsibilities:Complex Case Management: Hold and manage a statutory caseload focusing on complex Child Protection (CP) and Public Law Outline (PLO) / Court cases across Loughborough and Melton.Court Proceedings: Complete high-quality court statements, present evidence in court (Leicester City), and manage care proceedings through to completion.Duty and Safeguarding: Participate in designated team duty rotas, completing Section 47 safeguarding enquiries and robust risk assessments.Hybrid and Office Commitments: Work flexibly from home while maintaining consistent office presence for weekly pod ..... full job details .....
