Oversee staff development by conducting annual performance conversations, identifying training needs, managing absences, and driving performance improvements. Lead recruitment and selection activities to onboard new team members. Service Delivery and Practice:QualityManage daily capacity and demand by overseeing the efficient allocation of work and managing office workflows. Ensure high-quality, person-centered care that strictly aligns with statutory obligations, SSSC registration standards, and EHSCP policies.
