Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join a Children's Social Care service in Lewisham.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Managing a complex caseload
• Completing statutory assessments
• Undertaking child protection work
• Developing and reviewing care plans
• Working directly with children and families
• Assessing and managing risk
• Attending meetings and statutory reviews
• Working alongside partner agencies
• Maintaining high-quality case records
• Ensuring children receive appropriate support and intervention

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A recognised Social Work qualification
• Current Social Work England registration
• Strong Children's Social Work experience
• Experience of statutory Children's Services
• Child Protection experience
• Strong assessment and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
