Richmond and Wandsworth Councils is looking for experienced Senior Social Workers within Adults to join our Localities Teams. We are focused on improving outcomes to vulnerable adults and their carers while supporting independence. The team consist of a Service Manager, Assistant Service Managers, Senior Social Workers, Social Workers and Social Care Assessors who provide a holistic, personalised, strength-based service to residents over the age of 18 who have physical disabilities and older people with physical and mental health disabilities.
