Family Help Hub Senior Social Worker - Hart and Rushmoor Hampshire County Council 42 per hour UmbrellaEden Brown Synergy is currently working in partnership with Hampshire County Council to recruit an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Family Help Hub within the Hart and Rushmoor area.This is a great opportunity for an experienced Children''s Social Worker to take on a senior role within a progressive Family Help service, working with children and families to improve outcomes and promote safe, sustainable family relationships.Key Responsibilities:Manage a varied and complex caseload of children and families.Undertake Child and Family Assessments and provide analytical assessment of risk and need.Develop, implement and review plans with children, families and partner agencies.Undertake statutory visits and direct work with children and young people.Manage safeguarding concerns and ensure appropriate action is taken to protect children.Undertake CIN and Child Protection work where required.Work collaboratively with education, health, police and other partner agencies.Ensure the child''s voice and lived experience remain central to all decision-making.Prepare high-quality reports for meetings, reviews and court proceedings where required.Provide professional support, guidance and advice to colleagues.Contribute to a positive learning culture and promote high standards of social work practice.Manage complex situations confidently and make sound professional ..... full job details .....
