Senior Social Worker - Disabled Children's Team | South Devon

We are recruiting an experienced Social Worker to join the Disabled Children''s Service based in Totnes, South Devon.

This is a full-time role (37 hours per week) working with disabled children and their families. Applicants should have experience within Children''s Services, with knowledge of Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), Children in Care, and ideally Children with Disabilities.

Location: Totnes, South Devon
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
Working Pattern: Hybrid working (office and home-based, subject to service needs)
Office Attendance: Required on duty days and a minimum of 1-2 days per week
Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years'' post-qualifying experience (PQE)
• Social Work England registration
• Recent or current CIN/CP case holding experience
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a car

Due to Devon''s rural geography, candidates must be able to travel across the locality to undertake visits.

Rate: Up to -38 per hour DOE

Additional Benefit:
An accommodation/commuter allowance of -150 per week is available for candidates who meet the agreed eligibility criteria.
