Senior Social Worker - Children Looked After Team Role purpose: To provide high-quality social work services to children and young people who are looked after by the Local Authority, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, development and long-term outcomes are promoted. The role involves working closely with children, young people, families, foster carers and other professionals to ensure that each child receives appropriate care and support. Key responsibilities  Manage a caseload of children and young people who are looked after by the Local Authority. Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop, implement and review care plans.
