This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a pilot team sitting within MASH, designed to transform how families are supported at the earliest stage.The team has been developed in line with the Family First Partnership Programme, with a clear focus on:Early interventionReducing escalation into statutory social work teamsSupporting families promptly and effectivelyYou will play a key role in standing up and shaping the IFD Assessment Team, helping to build a responsive service that alleviates pressure on teams managing high caseloads.
