Senior Social & Content Executive

Overview
We''re looking for a Senior Social Media Executive with a passion for content, knowledge of social media best practice, and skills in account and project management. You''ll sit within our Social Partner team, which is responsible for delivering high-quality, innovative social content for our clients, through collaborating with our Creative, Production and Performance teams. We are client-facing and responsible for the running of projects, with a key role in ensuring we produce successful and exciting content across platforms. Our team works with a large section of the agency and has a key role in the content we produce for our clients, making this an exciting position to learn and make an impact.Core Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of social accounts, ensuring client objectives are met and social output is high qualityDelivery of social content assets e.g. monthly content calendars, content projects, in collaboration with creative and specialist teams, managing multiple components with great attention to detailProject management and collaboration - working with a wide variety of team members to ensure work is delivered on time and resource is planned to deliver requirementsIdeation and brainstormingBrief-writing - translating client needs into actionable briefsReporting on content performance - gathering learnings and benchmarking metrics to present to clients and the rest of the team, and setting clear actions to implementManaging light touch/lo-fi content capture (e.g. TikTok creation)Community management - including reactive and proactive responses, sentiment tracking, etc.Content scheduling - using tools like Sprout Social and nativelySupporting Social Partner team with campaign planning, proposals, and social audits and analysis when requiredRequirements
Must-Haves
Knowledge of social best practice across key platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and PinterestExcellent project management skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to take ownership over projects and deadlinesUnderstanding of what makes great social content, and awareness of trends and developments in the social spaceA creative mindset and confidence expressing ideasA collaborative attitude, ability to build relationships, and experience working with creative teamsProfessional client etiquette across email, calls and face-to-faceAbility to develop strong client-facing plans and reportsPrevious experience in a social media or content-related marketing roleNice-to-Haves
Knowledge of additional social platforms such as Reddit, Discord, Twitch, etc.Previous experience in an agency environment, or if not experience of managing multiple stakeholders and being adaptable to changing prioritiesExperience working with social media management toolsAwareness of paid social mediaExperience of working with influencersAwareness or involvement in creation of lo-fi Reels/TikToksThis is a hybrid role, based in our London office 1-2 days per week. You must be available to attend client meetings and events in London and beyond on a regular basis.Benefits
