Job Title: Senior Skills and Education Co-ordinator Location: Lincoln Contract length: 6 months (long-term potential) Work Structure: Primarily on-site with some flexibility Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO and MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Senior Skills and Education Co-ordinator to join a World leader offering Products, Solutions and Services across the entire Energy value chain on behalf of a well established manufacturing organisation to play a key role in supporting Manufacturing Operations. You will shape a competitive, sustainable supply chain, partnering globally to drive productivity, quality, and digitalization. Based at Siemens Energy in Lincoln, this Senior Skills and Education Co-ordinator role supports and coordinates development programs for apprentices, interns, and graduates across the site. The position is responsible for designing training pathways that comply with Ofsted and Department for Education (DfE) regulations, managing relationships with educational institutions, and serving as the second nominee for Ofsted inspections. It combines hands-on engineering training management with regulatory oversight, stakeholder collaboration, and candidate mentorship.
