Senior Site Services Manager

Futures are recruiting a Senior Site Service Manager on behalf of our client to lead the installation, commissioning and servicing of electrical distribution equipment across the UK.This is a hands-on management role for an experienced electrical engineering professional who can coordinate engineers, manage site activities and build strong customer relationships, while providing practical technical support when required. The role is primarily based at customer sites, with some workshop responsibilities.You ll take responsibility for: Leading and coordinating site service engineers, providing technical guidance and practical supportPlanning workloads, allocating resources and managing schedules to deliver work safely, efficiently and to a high standardOverseeing the installation, assembly, wiring, testing and commissioning of electrical distribution equipmentRemaining hands-on with complex installations, fault-finding, repairs and commissioning activitiesManaging maintenance work and warranty investigations, ensuring issues are resolved effectivelyActing as the main customer contact during site works, communicating progress and resolving technical or service issuesReviewing electrical and mechanical drawings and supporting engineers with technical queriesEnsuring site teams follow health and safety requirements, site procedures and quality standardsMaintaining clear service records, test documentation and site reportsSupporting the development of engineers and identifying ..... full job details .....
