They are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to help shape their AWS infrastructure, improve platform resilience and support the development of the wider engineering team.This is a genuinely hands-on senior role, with approximately 80% of your time focused on engineering and 20% on mentoring and supporting other engineers. As the Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will take ownership across AWS infrastructure, automation, reliability and operational improvement while contributing to technical direction and engineering best practice.Key Responsibilities of the Senior Site Reliability Engineer Design, build and maintain scalable, secure AWS infrastructure using AWS CDK. Drive improvements across platform reliability, automation and infrastructure as code. Implement and improve CI/CD practices across the engineering environment. Enhance monitoring, observability and incident management. Improve cloud performance, resilience and operational efficiency. Work closely with engineering, architecture and delivery teams. Mentor and support engineers, promoting strong SRE and DevOps practices. Contribute to technical direction, architecture discussions and continuous improvement.
