Senior Site Merchandising Manager, Zappos

The Senior Site Merchandising Manager leads the strategic direction and execution of the Zappos digital merchandising experience across web and mobile platforms. This role combines analytical expertise with retail knowledge to optimize the digital shopping journey and drive revenue growth through innovative merchandising strategies. The position manages a team of site merchandisers and collaborates across multiple departments to execute strategic initiatives to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.Key job responsibilities
Set strategic vision and lead execution of site merchandising strategiesBuild and manage high-performing team responsible for curated assortments, categories, product placement, and site taxonomyDrive revenue growth through merchandising optimization and funnel improvementsEstablish and maintain merchandising standards across digital touchpointsPartner with Analytics to measure and optimize performance metricsCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Tech, and Buying teamsLead continuous improvement initiatives for site usability and conversionBalance customer experience optimization with business objectivesBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor\''s degree or equivalent experience5+ years in digital merchandising or ecommerce, with demonstrated leadership experienceProven track record of driving revenue growth through merchandising strategyStrong analytical and data interpretation skillsExperience managing cross-functional projectsDemonstrated expertise in site taxonomy and merchandising optimizationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The base pay for this position ranges from $102,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $178,100/year in our highest geographic market.
