We are in need of experienced and diligent Senior Site Managers with a proven track record in facades to oversee an external refurbishment programme commencing in the Autumn.  Working for a specialist contractor who has a proven track record in similar schemes, the Senior Site Managers would be leading the project, (Facade installation & cladding remediation works) and will have daily responsibility for delivering the project safely, and within the prescribed budget and time allocations.  There are a a number of key responsibilities including:  * Communication - conducting & organising meetings and briefings, liaising with client consultants, supply chain and senior management  * Health & Safety - inductions, checks and site surveys, reviewing the RAMS, compiling H & S packs  * Inspections - reviewing alarms, temporary structures and other aspects of the project under change  * Administration - ensuring site logs and diaries are updated, conducting drawing reviews, updating the programme and co-ordinating variations  * Manage...
