We are in need of experienced and diligent Senior Site Managers with a proven track record in facades to oversee an external refurbishment programme commencing in the Autumn.  Working for a specialist contractor who has a proven track record in similar schemes, the Senior Site Managers would be leading the project, (Facade installation and cladding remediation works) and will have daily responsibility for delivering the project safely, and within the prescribed budget and time allocations.  There are a a number of key responsibilities including:  * Communication - conducting and organising meetings and briefings, liaising with client consultants, supply chain and senior management  * Health and Safety - inductions, checks and site surveys, reviewing the RAMS, compiling H and S packs  * Inspections - reviewing alarms, temporary structures and other aspects of the project under change  * Administration - ensuring site logs and diaries are updated, conducting drawing reviews, updating the programme and co-ordinating variations ...
