They hold a huge presence in London undertaking an interesting mixture of refurbishment projects that include Commercial, Education, and Local Authority contracts. This is a rare opportunity to join one of their established teams at Senior Site Manager level. Furthermore there is always opportunity in the organisation and progression to Contracts Manger for individuals who have ambitions to make the transition. The current workload and growth plans are in place to allow it. Key Responsibilities and Experience: As a Senior Site Manager you will have experience of managing a range of refurbishment projects from initial inception through to final hand over and final account. Experience of having Supervisors and Resident Liaison Officer direct reports. Overall responsibility for the performance of the contracts with the ability to produce construction phase plans, ensuring works are on schedule, on budget and sub contractors are working safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
