Senior Site Manager / Agent - Freelance - Leicester

TLG Infrastructure are actively recruiting for a Senior Site Manager / Agent to oversee a civils and infrastructure package on a major development in Leicester.

Responsibilities:

• Act as No.1 on site, overseeing day-to-day operations.

• Manage site paperwork and project documentation.

• Oversee earthworks, ground stabilisation, drainage, new roads and associated civils works.

• Coordinate site activities across multiple areas of the development.

• Ensure works are delivered safely, to the required quality and programme.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Senior Site Manager or Site Agent role.

• Strong background in civils and infrastructure projects.

• Confident managing site operations and documentation.
