This is an excellent opportunity offering up to £33 per hour, with a potential temp to perm position for the right candidate.Job Description The Senior Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day on-site management of high volume new build housing developments. This role involves overseeing all aspects of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, to time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Key Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage the on-site team, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.Plan, organise and control all construction activities on site to meet project deadlines and objectives.Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth progress and quality control throughout the build process.Monitor site progress against programme, identifying and resolving issues that may impact delivery.Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, labour records, and material usage.Ensure all works meet the required building regulations, standards and specifications.Manage budgets and resource allocation effectively to control costs.Conduct regular site inspections and audits, implementing corrective actions where ..... full job details .....
