The Role

An opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day site performance of projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Key Duties

• Oversee site operations, programme and quality delivery
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and resources
• Ensure health & safety compliance and high audit standards
• Monitor progress and drive performance on site
• Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid understanding of construction processes and H&S regulations
• Ability to deliver projects to programme and budget
