Key responsibilities: Lead all onsite construction activities to deliver high-quality homes safely, on time and within budget. Manage site programmes, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain smooth progress. Take overall responsibility for health, safety, and environmental compliance. -Maintain quality control and ensure all works meet NHBC and company standards.
