Senior Site Manager - Industrial / Warehouse ConstructionMidlands / Staffordshire / North WestSalary: Up to 70,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + BenefitsPermanentAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a well-established and growing Midlands-based main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality industrial, warehouse and commercial projects.Due to continued growth and a strong secured order book, the company is looking to strengthen its operational team with the appointment of a Senior Site Manager capable of taking the lead on projects across the Midlands, Staffordshire and North West.The RoleAs Senior Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful site delivery of new-build industrial and warehouse developments, managing projects through to completion.Your responsibilities will include:Taking the site lead on new-build industrial and warehouse projectsManaging and coordinating subcontractors and site teamsDriving the construction programme and ensuring key deadlines are achievedMaintaining high standards of Health and Safety, quality and site presentationLiaising with clients, consultants and the wider project teamManaging site logistics and ensuring works are delivered efficientlyTaking projects through to successful completion and handoverProjects are located across the Midlands, Staffordshire and North West, therefore applicants must be flexible to travel and lodge away when required, depending on ..... full job details .....
