Senior Site Manager Exeter Permanent Full-Time 65,000 and Benefits package Sphere Solutions are working with a Tier 1 contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their team in Exeter, delivering a large complex design and build project in the heart of Exeter. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day running of the site Drive the construction programme, identifying risks and implementing solutions Lead, motivate and develop site teams Ensure the highest standards of health, safety and quality are maintained Chair daily coordination meetings with subcontractors Maintain accurate site records and provide regular progress updates Work closely with commercial, buying and design teams Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Essential Criteria: Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager working for a Tier 1 or main contractor Experience delivering design and build construction projects, Passivhaus is preferred Strong understanding of construction methodology, procurement and project delivery Experience managing Health and Safety, quality and Temporary Works SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid qualification What''s on Offer?
