Senior Site Manager

An existing client of Sphere Solutions, are looking to employ a Senior Site Manager-with immediate effect.

The successful candidate will be based across a high end, multi storey, Residential scheme in Bristol, compromising of 42 Apartments and 7 Mews Houses.

The ideal candidate will come from a Commercial background rather than Housing, due to the nature of schemes-that my client will be targeting. For the foreseeable future, these will be high rise and multi story accommodation / residential / mixed use developments

Degree level qualifications, SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid is essential.-
