The project comprises a three-storey apartment block with 65 apartments, and we need a strong, hands-on Senior Site Manager who is experienced in taking a project through the critical completion and close-out phase.   The Role You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, with a particular focus on driving the programme, coordinating trades, managing quality and ensuring all 65 apartments are brought to completion and ready for handover. You will work closely with the wider project team, subcontractors and consultants to identify and remove blockers, maintain momentum and ensure outstanding works are closed out efficiently.
