Senior Site Manager - Newbuild healthcare project with a minimum duration on 10 months About you If you are an experienced Senior Site Manager/Site Based Project Manager who enjoys having real ownership of a project, this could be a very good next move for you. You will be site based on a £10m new build cancer treatment facility in Brighton, taking responsibility for the project from start to finish. It is a sizeable and technically interesting scheme, covering everything from the initial new build and £2m civils package through to the final fit out. You will need to be confident dealing with the client, making decisions on site and keeping the project moving without needing someone looking over your shoulder. There will be a visiting Contracts Manager for support, although you will be the person accountable for the day to day delivery of the project. The role is paying around £(Apply online only)/day depending on experience, There is an opportunity to stay with the business beyond this project as they have further work coming through across the South. Your experience You will need a strong track record as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager, ideally having delivered multi million pound construction projects from start to finish.
