The key thing we are looking for is someone who has genuinely worked on fit out projects and understands what it takes to manage a project from mobilisation through to completion. Your experience could come from office fit out, restaurant and hospitality, retail, leisure or similar environments. You will be organised, commercially aware and confident managing subcontractors, suppliers and multiple trades on site. You will take ownership of the programme, quality, health and safety and overall delivery of the project. You must also be prepared to work nationwide. The company''s projects can be anywhere across the UK, so this role will suit someone who is comfortable travelling and working away from home when required. Your experience You will need previous experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager working on fit out projects.
