You will ideally have experience working in airports, particularly on landside projects, although that is not essential. If your background is in restaurant fit out, catering, retail or similar environments, there are other projects within the business that could suit you. What matters most is that you know how to run a site properly. You are organised, commercially aware, confident dealing with subcontractors and suppliers, and comfortable taking responsibility for programme, quality, health and safety and delivery. You also need to be prepared to work away from home when required. The company has a strong pipeline of projects, although they cannot guarantee that every job will be local to you. Your experience You will need previous experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager within fit out or construction.
