This is a key role on a live healthcare sector project, requiring a strong site leader with proven experience managing complex new-build schemes. Key Responsibilities Day-to-day management of site operations. Coordinating subcontractors and direct labour. Overseeing newbuild, groundworks and formwork activities. Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Managing health and safety compliance across site. Conducting site inspections, toolbox talks and progress meetings. Liaising with project stakeholders, subcontractors and the wider project team.
