This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional with a strong track record of managing significant projects, leading site teams and coordinating multiple subcontractors. The business delivers schemes across a diverse range of sectors, including education, industrial, leisure, healthcare and commercial, offering the opportunity to work on varied and technically challenging projects. Working closely with the wider project and operations teams, you will take a leading role in managing site operations, driving programme performance and maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality and commercial delivery from pre-construction through to completion and handover.The Role Take responsibility for the successful delivery of site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.Lead, manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative, one-team approach.Work closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team to develop and implement project strategies and construction programmes.Monitor progress against programme targets, identifying potential delays and ..... full job details .....
