With continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, this is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious contractor delivering major construction projects across a range of sectors, including education, commercial, industrial, healthcare and leisure. The successful candidate will have a strong main contracting background and experience leading large-scale projects as the number one on site, taking responsibility for site operations, subcontractor coordination and the successful delivery of high-quality schemes. The Role Take overall responsibility for site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.Lead and coordinate site teams, direct labour and subcontractors, ensuring efficient sequencing of works and effective resource management.Monitor construction programmes, identify potential delays and implement solutions to maintain progress.Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality assurance and environmental compliance.Work closely with the Project Manager and commercial team to manage costs, variations and project risks.Coordinate site logistics, temporary works, inspections and the successful handover of completed works.Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners, driving a collaborative ..... full job details .....
