Are you an experienced Senior Site Manager?
Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to oversee a four-storey building project. This is a hands-on, site-based role requiring a highly organised and proactive individual who can lead teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, maintaining compliance, and driving quality across all stages of the build.

Qualifications
Essential:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- 3-Day First Aid Qualification
- Manager Level CSCS Card
Desirable:
- Experience working on refurbishment or conversion projects
- Proven experience managing multi-storey construction projects
- Strong background in structural or enabling works
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all on-site activities for a four-storey building project
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour, and materials to ensure efficient workflow
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and programme timelines
- Maintain high standards of health & safety across site at all times
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management
- Monitor project progress and report on performance
- Resolve any on-site issues quickly and effectively
- Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
- Drive productivity while maintaining a safe working environment
Requirements
As Senior Site Manager, you will also be expected to:
- Deliver projects on time and within scope
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
- Manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively
- Maintain excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ensure all paperwork and reporting is completed accurately and on time
