Senior Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Construction Manager to join our client''s growing team, following a series of successful project wins and an expanding workload across the Yorkshire region. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to take a leading role in delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across the public sector, commercial developments, and education environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage construction projects from inception through to completionOversee site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partnersEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsManage programme schedules, risk, and commercial performanceLiaise with clients, consultants, and key stakeholdersPromote and maintain strong health and safety standards across all sitesProvide leadership and mentorship to site and project teams Requirements: Proven experience in a Senior Construction Manager or similar senior site-based roleStrong background delivering public sector, commercial, or education projectsExcellent leadership and stakeholder management skillsSolid understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and project deliveryStrong health and safety awareness and commitment to best practiceSMSTS, CSCS (Black/Manager level) and First Aid certifications (or equivalent)Full UK driving licence What''s on Offer: Opportunity to work on high-profile and varied projects across YorkshireStrong ..... full job details .....
